Barriles Steak and Beer is the number one producer of these cooking instruments in Colombia.

Founded in Medellin, Colombia, the company has now expanded to multiple continents / countries around the world.

It was awesome to see the assembly process from raw stainless steel and wooden handles to a finished product.

A big thanks to Sergio (in Costa Rica) for scheduling our tour with Carlos (the owner) during my travels to Colombia.

Touring the factory floor instantly brought back crazy memories from my old machine shop days (many years ago) w/Bole, Brown, Brooks, etc.

Then, I visited their very first (Barriles Steak and Beer) store between downtown Medellin and Poblado.

From the outside you'd never guess what was inside yet it's packed with an amazing range of merchandise as well as all the necessary accessories.
