R&B and Hip Hop producers love the Tube-Tech CL1B.  The name says it all. This is actually tube -based circuitry so you're actually getting a vacuum tube that's aiding in the whole compression circuit layout and design and is a big part of the sound.  Technically, it can become a limiter if you push it past 10 to 1 ratio.  That's the main functions of this, but again, we're not able to control a knee. And by design, that is part of what's most interesting about this compressor.
