Today I am sharing a simple Chicken Pulao recipe in a pressure cooker. This aromatic pulao recipe is so tasty that it can be made in minutes with a few common ingredients found in every home.

Ingredients:
•1/2 kilo chicken
•6 tbsp Oil
•1 star anise
•1 tsp jeera powder
•1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
•1 Marati Mogga
•1 tsp Shahi Jeera
•5-6 cloves
•6 Green Cardamoms
•1.5 inch cinnamon
•1 Bay Leaf
•2 medium size onions
•2 slit green chillies
•1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•2 Tomato choppings
•Salt
•1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
•1 tsp Garam masala
•1/2 tsp Turmeric
•Small Mint & Coriander
•2 sprigs Curry leaves
•1.5 Cups Basmati Rice
•2.1/4 cups Hot water
