This is a guided Full Moon meditation working with the Moon and the tides of the water.

We are in the season of Aquarius but this Full Moon is in Leo so we bring in the warm, fire energy to the cooler aquarian season. We also have Neptune in Aries now and Saturn moving into aries at 0 so a potent new beginning point.

Leo is a fixed Fire sign and proud, creative, strong and connected to the Heart Energy. Connect with your playful, heart and see what might uplift you. We are moving into connecting with our heart's intelligence more and more.

Astrologers consider Full Moons a great time of release and a good time to journal and reflect on what you have moved through. Connecting with the Moon helps you work with nature's rhythms even deeper.
