Mastering Decoupled Flight In Star Citizen: Pro Tips For Expert Maneuvering

In this video, I will be expanding on my other Star Citizen control videos by discussing coupled versus decoupled flight. Many players have heard these terms and don't know what they mean, or simply aren't aware of them and are struggling with the default (coupled) flight mode.

Decoupled flight mode is undoubtedly the better way to fly in Star Citizen. I try to show the difference between the two flight modes, give real world examples, and show people how they can practice and improve flying in decoupled mode. I use my on screen input to show people how much work you have to put in in coupled mode versus the ease of complex maneuvers decoupled.
