"If I forget you, O Koretz, let my right hand forget its skill" is a movie that tells the story of the Jewish community of Koretz in the Volhynia region Poland (now Ukrain), since its inception and during World War II.
Survivors describe the town life before, during and after the Holocaust. The survivors returned to Koretz after the war and the after the falling of the Iron Curtain and built three monuments: Kozak, Shitney and Suchowola, for the memory of Jews of these towns who were murdered by the Nazis and their Ukrainian collaborators.
This movie is a living monument and commemorative memory and shows the desire of the first, the second and the third generations to tell, remind and each year visit the mass graves near the town.
