This was taken using an Octokopter many years ago with manual control. But during that time the gimbal is not upgraded yet. That's why the video is a bit shaky. Also, there were not too many drone users in the Philippines that time. If you have a keen eye, you will notice that it was manuevered by a professional drone pilot. Beginners usually fly in straight directions, either horizontal or vertical or using built-in programs.
