Today's Neuro Rep: The Exit Interview Brain:

When your life is going well, your brain may suddenly replay old comments, judgements, or dynamics from former relationships, supervisors, employees, employers, friends, or family members.

This is not regression. This is integration.

What's Actually Happening is youemr nervous system has finally exited, "Survival Mode."

When the brain senses safety + stability, it runs a final review of unresolved social memories, not to relive them, but to release them.

Think of it as your brain conducting an exit interview with the past.

Same memories, New Brain State.

The brain only cleans old files when it no longer needs them for protection.

Today's Assignment:

If you did not attend today's live, list what Principle of Real Leadership you selected yesterday and who you had a conversation with about it.

1. Throughout your day when old memories, moments or comments surface in your brain, do not explain it. Just notice it. Then say, "That File is Closed." Next physically close a notebook, shut a drawer, tap your phone screen once, or take a step forward. Then return your attention to the next task in front of you or continue what you were doing.

2. At the end of your day come back and type, "Done," as well as how you felt, what took place before, during and after and any takeaways that you had.
