An action packed day with my fellow SAS Who dares wins fellow recruit Nicola McGrath or #6 as you may know her! Big thanks to inaccessible solutions, ladder climb and abseiling off a 30 metre bridge! We visit one of the quarry's used by the military to complete training and climb up rock faces using ropes and ladders.
This day was full of traditional Cornish weather... RAIN... so apologies for the rain drops on some footage.
