Rebuild Lawler 805 Thermostatic Mixing Valve (Water Too Cold)

Is the water at your facility intermittently coming out at the wrong temperature, too hot, or too cold?

In this video I disassembled and attempted to clean the internals of our Lawler 805 valve. In this case, cleaning the valve was not enough, I had to replace the parts with new ones. The overhaul procedure is the same other than replacing seals with new seals that come with the rebuild kit - part number 79978-02
