Kakka Thollayiram is a Indian Malayalam film, directed by V. R. Gopalakrishnan. The film stars Mukesh, Urvashi, Chithra and Sukumari in the lead roles. The film has musical score by Johnson and the lyrics were written by Kaithapram. Revathy, a woman with special needs, falls in love with her rapist. When she tells her brother Mukesh to get her married to him, he initially agrees but later learns the truth.
