The need an out mission is so hard to complete, because a majority of the time, you get to the garage's and there are no vehicles for you, even when shown as occupied on the display showing the access codes...

I am going to attemp one escape a week, including a speed run through the tunnels, to see how many runs we actually get to complete the mission on average.
