Step 2 will allow you, as the Editor-in-Chief, to reject the manuscript outright or enter it into the double-blind peer review process.

• Click the link in the email notification you receive.

• On the subsequent page, download the manuscript for your initial assessment of the submission.

• Choosing "initial assessment reject" will automatically reject the paper without additional review and notify the author.

• Choosing "initial assessment accept" will enter the manuscript into the peer review process.

• At this step you many choose the corresponding routing number to match your naming conventions.

• Click initial assessment accept to notify the authors that the paper will be entered into the peer review process.

The next step will be to remove all identifying author information from the document and prepare it for peer review.
