Ramadan Meal Prep
Onion prep
Peel and slice 19 Onions
Freeze 5 Sliced Onions
(Use 14 Onions for the curry sauce)
Curry Sauce ingredients
14 Sliced Onions
18 Sliced Tomatoes
2 cups Sunflower Oil
6 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
3.5 tablespoons Salt
4 tablespoons each Garam Masala, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander
2 tablespoons Ground Turmeric
3 teaspoons Red Chilli Powder

Chicken Drumsticks ingredients:
2kg Chicken Drumsticks (with skin)
3 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
3 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt

Keema & Potato Samosas ingredients:
2kg Lamb/Mutton Mince
3 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
3 Diced Onions
3 tablespoons Garlic & Ginger Paste
1kg Potatoes
1.5 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons each Ground Cumin, Garam Masala, Ground Coriander
1 tablespoon Ground Turmeric
1 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
3 tablespoons Tomato Puree
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Samosa dough ingredients:
1.5kg Plain Flour
1 cup Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon each Salt & Coarse Black Pepper
approx. 800ml Water

Chicken Spring Roll ingredients:
2kg Chicken Mince
3 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
5 Spring Onions sliced
1 cup Sweetcorn
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Paprika
2 tablespoons Mixed Herbs
1 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Garlic & Ginger Paste
3 tablespoons Tomato Puree

Chapli Kebabs ingredients:
2kg Lamb/Mutton Mince
2 Onions, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Green Chillies & 3 Garlic Cloves (processed)
3 tablespoons Garlic & Ginger Paste
2 Eggs
1 cup Gram Flour
1 tablespoon each Salt, Red Chilli Flakes, Ground Cumin, Garam Masala, Ground Coriander
1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 cup Chopped Coriander

Chicken & Veg Pies ingredients:
2 Ready Rolled Puff Pastry Sheets
1kg Chicken Breast pieces
1 teaspoon each Salt & Coarse Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1 Diced Onion
1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
400g Frozen Mixed Veg
1 tablespoon Tomato Puree
1 cup Lamb/Chicken Stock
3 tablespoons Plain Flour
300ml Milk

Chicken Tikka Pasties ingredients:
1kg Chicken Breast pieces
For the chicken tikka marinade:
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
2 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt

Chicken Kebabs ingredients:
2kg Chicken Mince
2 teaspoons Onion Granules
2 teaspoons Garlic Granules
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
1 cup Gram Flour
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
