HEAVY-DUTY SLITTER REWINDER MODEL TB 6.10CM


- The EUROMAC TB-6CM machine series are Slitting and rewinding machines of high versatility and heavy duty applications and specifically developed for Cast film lines.

- The main feature of the TB-6CM series is the bridge overhead web path suitable for cleanliness purposes, easy web doctoring and finished roll unloading on moving trolleys, the high grade of automation possibilities and it's Centre Rewinding system on independent stations.

- Each reel is rewound on an independent rewinding station consisting of two arms easy adjustable along the linear bearing guide of the crossbeam. The rewinding tension is effected by central drive. The central draw is given through a brush-less a.c. motor placed on one arm of each rewind station. The rewinding tension is regulated through multiple system which allow the setting of the rewinding characteristic.

- The contact pressure of the contact roll is adjustable and controlled by an automatic regulation system to allow the set of the characteristic curve.

-The two cross-beam holding the rewinding stations turn at the diameter increasing, in order to keep the contact roller in the original position. The cross-beam rotation is effected by means of two hydraulic cylinders, operating in proportional way to the diameter, and driven through an hydraulic unit controlled by proportional valve.

- The same movement allows the unloading of finished reels onto two trol¬leys supplied with the machine.
