This is a healthy coconut ice cream with no dairy product involved. It's a healthy vegan coconut ice cream. Only five ingredients you need in this quick and easy coconut ice cream.
Here are the ingredients:

Fresh coconut meat (coconut flesh) x half a coconut
Cashew nuts x a handful and half - you may add more
Coconut milk x half a cup (4 oz) - you may use more
Vanilla extract x half tbs
Erythritol sweetener x 1 tbs

Chuck all ingredients into a blender. Blitz them and freeze the coconut ice cream.

Get it off the freezer and enjoy!
