Dolphin emulator settings for fast emulation. I use these settings to get 20 to 40 fps in Need for Speed Underground 2. It is working well for snapdragon 845 version of samsung galaxy S9 plus. Can't use vulkan because drivers are bad, not a single game works with vulkan. Maybe you can try it.

I am leaving this comment here so that everyone should see it. Please don't tell me that your device become worse or don't ask me can it run or is it for this x game? My device works very well(GalaxyS9+) and it's your problem if it doesn't work. Do not emulate if your device is not powerful enough. (Have at least snapdragon 835 and 4 GB RAM) Not every game is supposed gain performance, check Dolphin wiki for game compability, then try these settings. Lastly, revert back to original settings if you do not like the results. Like I said, not every game is emulatable.
