I have changed a few things from the original post and this is my version:

• Heir must be a spellcaster.
• Doesn't matter what gender
• Must be related to the founder

🌺 Overall Rules 🌺
• All cheats allowed
• Founder: Young Adult
• Life span: Normal
• Season Length: 14 days;
• Host a birthday event on the current playing Heir's birthday every birthday.
• Wherever you live, you must create a space for all the urns of your ancestors. A type of shrine for past generations. The spouse of these heirs may also be in the shrine space. Same with any relatives that die.
• When the previous heir dies, create a dog or cat that have some similarity to them. It represents them reincarnating to watch over their loved ones.
• Spouse must always be a human
• Must always test potions/spells, evil sims always test them on the spouse

Traits: Love Outdoors, Foodie, Good/Evil
Career: Gardner
Lives in: Henford On Bagley

• Complete Aspiration
• Achieve Top of Career Branch
• Master all the Alchemy Potions
• Unlock all perks for Alchemy
• Good relationship with all the sages
• Master Cooking/Gourmet Cooking, Herbalism & Gardening
• Keep one of all the potions and herbalism remedies
• Host at least 1 Golden Dinner Party
• Meet lover in Granite Falls ( I guess I have to scratch that lol)
• First baby must be born in Summer
• When they die, have the next heir create a holiday in Springtime with these traditions for future generations to celebrate in remembrance
