• Solds: ⬆️ 1.3%
Remember, pendings are deals happening now, while solds reflect deals from 4-6 weeks ago.

📉 Clark County:

• New Listings: ⬇️ 9.9%
• Pending Sales: ⬇️ 5.4%
• Solds: ⬇️ 4.1%

📈 Salem:

• New Listings: ⬆️
• Pendings: Flat
• Solds: ⬇️ 6.6%

📝 From Medford to Seattle, price per square foot continues to dip over the past month. Inventory levels are climbing, but Nick, didn’t you say new listings were slowing down? That’s right! This is for pre-existing properties already on the market, so inventory is creeping up but still below 2019 levels. 📉

🔍 Price Adjustments:

• 45%-51% of properties on the market have seen price cuts. Sellers and buyers, take note! 🔑

🏦 Mortgage Applications: Up 1% last week, but nothing too impactful.

🚜 Growing Activity: Down 3.8% in Oregon and nearly 10% in Washington compared to last year. The seasonal slowdown is happening a bit faster than usual.
