The Amaranth plant seeded my back yard (help from wind, birds, insects, moving pot around to see what happens in various parts of the yard). ****When i said ONE i meant ONE TRAY, 6 or 12 pack tray from seed.****

When i said i Yarrow when picking some leaves from the ground and eating them i mean to say Mallow. Mallow grows wild all over my back yard, and when the seeds (buttons) emerge the protein content is very high for such a small little thing.

Besides looking very pleasant (the greens and purple mixtures), this plant has had no need for pest control, i also noticed the gophers have not disturbed these plants roots! The Whole plant is edible and beneficial.
