What can I even say about One Punch Man Season 3 that hasn’t already been said? Season 3 continues to free-fall in quality, and now Episode 6 officially holds the lowest rating for an anime episode in history, and honestly, it deserved it.

At this point, I’m not even watching for the animation anymore. I’m just trying to follow the story. But if it were up to me? I’d wipe Season 3 from all digital platforms and have it remade by a studio like Madhouse with a real budget, because One Punch Man deserves so much better.

And before you blame JC Staff, they’re not the root problem. The real reason Season 3 looks this bad is Bandai Namco’s low funding and production decisions. JC Staff has proven they can animate high-quality series like UQ Holder, A Certain Magical Index, and DanMachi. So the only logical explanation is that the A-team is not working on this project.

Episode 7 was supposed to be the most action-packed so far… and yet the fights are off-screen, awkward, choppy, or told through characters talking instead of actually animating what happened. It feels lazy, rushed, and cheap, like a student fan project rather than a major anime production.

At this point, the manga looks infinitely more appealing, because Season 3 is turning into a butchered version of what made One Punch Man great.

If anyone is to blame for this mess, blame Bandai Namco, not the animators.
