Growing Microgreens in SOIL vs. HYDROPONICS with ONLY WATER

🌱 In this video: "Growing Microgreens in SOIL vs. HYDROPONICS with ONLY WATER" 🌱, we dive into an exciting head-to-head comparison between different growing mediums for growing microgreens. We put ‪@FoxFarmFertilizerCo‬ Ocean Forest Potting Blend soil against two popular hydroponic grow mediums: Coco Coir and our Silicone Reusable Grow Medium. Our goal? To determine which medium performs better—Soil or Hydroponics—when it comes to growing lush, vibrant microgreens!

👉 Throughout this experiment, we exclusively used regular water to nurture the microgreens, with no additional fertilizers added to any of the growing mediums.

🪱 Soil: The total average harvest weight for microgreens grown in the Ocean Forest Potting Blend soil was 43.25 grams across two trays.

💧 Coco Coir: Microgreens grown using Coco Coir yielded an impressive average harvest weight of 45.3 grams between two trays.

💧 Silicone Reusable Grow Medium: The total average harvest weight for microgreens grown using our Silicone Reusable Grow Medium came in at 30.65 grams between two trays.

🏆 And the winner was Coco Coir!
