We did our weekly live on Thursday this week instead of Wednesday! Chatting about products for winter, dry skin, and using retinoids.

TIPS:
- swap to a gentle cream cleanser
- upgrade your moisturizer
- add more hydration, focusing on ingredients that support the skin barrier
- mist between steps or run a steamer
- use a humidifier
