When I met Matt we had an immediate connection. He is someone I truly admire. Matt Aaron Lucas was born in Taylorville Illinois. July 1989 growing up playing sports was the first step that prepared him for 4 years in the Marine Corps infantry where he served in 3 deployments the last one to the Helmand Province Afghanistan. After getting out of the military is now pursuing an acting career as well as trying to inspire the world through love and hope. He is doing a great job because he is shifting lives by anyone he meets. His story is something many of us can’t even begin to understand or comprehend. I love him like family.
