Cyberpunk 2077: Guide to 100% Johnny Relationship and becoming a Legend of Night City

This guide/walkthrough showing dialogue options missions and endings required to get Johnny Silverhand relationship to 100%, becoming a legend of night city and the symptoms meter. This video will also cover unlocking the secret ending and what dialogue options or choices actually impact the meters. (They obviously will likely still impact the story and dialogue later but the meters still progress). I specifically chose the more aggressive options to showcase that the meters still progress.

The only missing one is the Aldecaldo ending because it was not related to the meters.

Although a lot of the tapeworm decisions don't impact the meters, they likely impact the dialogue in the various endings.
