This was my first time using the STEAM BAKE function on my Ninja Foodi 15 in 1 to make a cake and it certainly won't be the last. Fluffy & moist and was such an easy recipe

CHOCOLATE CAPPUCCINO CAKE
110g Unsalted Butter, softened
1 tbsp Coffee (I used an instant espresso)
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Milk, Warmed
110g Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
125g Self Raising Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
500ml Water

CHOCOLATE FUDGE ICING (OR CHOCOLATE CAPPUCCINO ICING)
170g Dark Chocolate
80g Unsalted Butter
60g Icing Sugar
7g Cocoa Powder / or Espesso/Coffee Powder
(add milk if you find it too thick)
