The PTZ has a 180 degree camera to generate a wide angle static view. This looks out for any human or vehicles that may drive into a pre-set intrusion area or cross a trip wire line. If a person is detected, the motorised camera below will follow the person and zoom in where required.

The camera has many preventative features to deter any possible burglar.
The strobe lights will flash if a person is detected. This makes them look up at the camera, so you get a great picture of the face. It also lets them know the cameras are working and they have been detected!

There is a speaker located at the bottom of the camera. Pre-set automated messages can be announced, for example "Warning, this property is under surveillance".
