Project MK Ultra was a conspiracy by the CIA to achieve mind control by drugging and performing experiments on American citizens- on US soil. There is no question as to whether or not it happened, only to what extent it was successful. Participants in the experiments, some willing and some unwilling were often dosed with drugs, particularly LSD and subjected to experimentation. Murders, cover-ups, lies, and illegal activity. Basically CIA day-one stuff. Did the CIA end the project in the 1970's as they testified to Congress? Who's to say? It's not like they would lie about that to Congress like they did 2 years prior when they did exactly that...
