Ingredients:
Pastry Dough
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of powdered sugar (confectioners)
1 Tbsp of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of unsalted softened butter (1 stick plus 1/2)

Cream Cheese Filling:
8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Fruit Toppings:
kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.

Glaze:
Melted Strawberry preserves (or your favorite jelly/preserves)
