Al Stewart "Proms" with the Flanders Philharmonic Orchestra, Antwerp, Belgium, December 21, 1988. Length 40 minutes. Al Stewart, vocals, guitar; Peter White, keyboards, guitar; Steve Recker, lead guitar, background vocals; Dave Camp, sax, background vocals; Robin Lamble, electric bass, background vocals; Steve Chapman, drums.This is the entire concert, including the orchestra pieces. Individual songs have been floating around but I thought some might enjoy seeing it in its entirety. Includes Year of the Cat, Time Passages, Lord Grenville, On the Border, and Last Days of the Century. We played at this venue, the Antwerps Sportpaleis, in front of 15,000 people, for three nights straight. They filmed all of the shows, and this video is the best of all nights. It was the centerpiece of a long European tour that took us all over the place. Good times.
