DECON Mini is an appliance designed for disinfection of rooms by applying disinfectant. We recommend application of Izaeffect green line 6, a disinfectant based on hydrogen peroxide, in a concentration not exceeding 5%. The appliance is designed to be easy to use. Though the disinfectant is non-hazardous, users need to exercise some precautions.

Due to the compact design and lightweight construction, the Decon mini mobile disinfection generator is easy to move around a building. Prior to operation, place the appliance at the optimal place within the room, approx. 1.5 m from any wall. The appliance is controlled by a digital timer and a start switch. Prior to switching the appliance on, set the time delay to appliance activation and the duration of spraying. The cycle is started by depressing the start button. Prior to this, seal the room thoroughly and leave the room before the appliance starts automatically. After a certain time, personnel may re-enter the disinfected room. To operate, the appliance must be connected to the power mains outlet.
The appliance is designed for a 0.5-litre or 1-litre (optional during preparation) plastic canister, to be mounted at the side of the mobile generator by means of a special ring. The canister mounting mechanism allows safe transport of the appliance. Prior to moving the mobile disinfection generator from one location to the next, the plastic canister is normally removed from the generator. When replacing the disinfectant, change the canister complete with its contents, thus avoiding the need for decanting the disinfectant.
Purpose:
The Decon mini mobile disinfection generator generates disinfecting aerosol by pumping the disinfectant through a specially designed nozzle. Efficient distribution of the agent in the room is essential for effective disinfection. The appliance boasts an excellent spraying mechanism featuring appropriate angle of distribution and optimal agent droplet size to ensure both optimal spatial homogenisation and uniform distribution on the surfaces.
