GoPro customer service reached out to me and asked if I would share a video describing my experience with GoPro over the years. I do not work for, or receive compensation from, GoPro; but, I am very active on their member to member Support Forum (danielr15) https://community.gopro.com/

I received the request late at night, with the added constraint of it needing to be submitted in the morning. I wasn't home, so I borrowed a computer and downloaded videos in 720p that I had previously uploaded to Vimeo (GoPro Plus was just emerging at this time with it's cloud service, so I didn't have any videos uploaded there yet).

If I look tired at the end, it's because I was. I hadn't slept and had to pull over in the side of the road to do the voice overs so I could render the video during the remainder of my trip home.

I've spoken with GoPro Customer Service reps many times, sometimes for myself and sometimes in behalf of another person asking questions on the GoPro Support Hub. One thing that I know for sure. GoPro, and the GoPro employees, really do care about you and your experience with their cameras.

GoPro has been a part of my family since 2010, and it's been a great experience (although a little bumpy at times 😉) and I am eternally grateful for the opportunity I've had to capture these moments.
