Peugeot E-3008 review – Posh but pricey electric SUV DRIVEN | batchreviews (James Batchelor)

Peugeot can probably lay its success of its recent turnaround at the wheels of the second-generation 3008. At a stroke it showed Peugeots needn't be cheap and undesirable – something that a whole wave of models before suffered from.

Launched in 2016, the second-generation 3008 showed off a radical new design both inside and out, new tech and a stunning interior brimming with quality materials. But it never came as a pure-electric version.

That changes with this new third-generation car. It takes a lot of what made its predecessor so desirable and moves it on, both in terms of technology and powertrain options. But is it any good?

I travelled to the south of France to test it out.
