✔️🍽🍴BEST TUNA SALAD EVER! MIMOSA - RUSSIAN SALAD. RUSSIAN CUISINE🥗🔝

⚠️►★Mimosa salad got its name after Mimosa plant for their resemblance. Just look at it - isn’t it looking gorgeous? This salad was cooked in soviet times only for holidays like Birthdays, New Year, Women’s Day etc. Nowadays we cook it just when we want) But no matter if it’s just a weekend dinner or one of the dishes at some holidays - without saying it becomes a star on your table.
🔺I don’t know which are your appetites and for how many persons you cook, so take as much ingredients as you think is right for you: canned tuna(originally mackerel), potatoes, eggs, carrots, onion, mayonnaise and dill for decoration.
All the vegatables (exc onion) you need to boil, separate egg’s whites and yolks, and then grate. Salad goes in layers:
1- tuna
2- potatoe+mayo
3 - mashed/cut onion
4 - carrot
5 - whites+mayo
6 - yolks
Decorate with dill.
