Phone / Zoom Consultations:

Due to the large and growing number of phone visits I’ve had in the last several months about rural real estate, and the amount of time they have been taking up, I’ve started charging a modest fee for the phone / Zoom consultations just to weed out those who aren’t serious about what they’re trying to accomplish…whether it’s about buying or selling rural real estate or working on their career as a rural real estate land agent. It’s officially $75 for 30 – 45 minutes, but most calls have been going a little longer just because it’s hard to stop when talking with someone who’s anxious to do things at a higher level. I have also been sending 1-3 (now 4!) of our print books as a gift if the person doesn’t already have them. Any follow-up calls / Zooms within 2 months after the previous call are at a reduced rate. Sorry…and hope you don’t see this as me thinking I’m “all that.” All of the free time has just gotten pretty overwhelming.
