When you use a Leslie simulator with a clonewheel, it's important to completely BYPASS the clonewheel's internal Leslie effect.
Putting it in stop position is not a bypass, because it will still simulate the cabinet resonances, thus altering the sound.
This applies to ANY Leslie sim and to ANY clonewheel.
