Our Naturally Lady medium size pads, are at standard sizes 9” or 10” long, with standard 2.5” width snapped to underwear, they can easily absorb 30ml liquid and safely absorb 40ml without any leakage.
The safe 40ml is set so you dont feel the pad heavy or dump and it remains comfortable to wear until you change to a new pad.
We recommend changing your nenstrual cloth pads the samr frequency you would change dispisables.

Materials:
Top middle core made of bamboo charcoal microfleece - super absorbent, antibacterial, anti-odour and stain resistant! They also control temperature, no hot at all! They keep your precious cool and dry.
Middle layers are terry towel microfibre, super absorbent! They will suck the liquids and hold well.
Back layer is PUL, polyester with polypropylene that makes it anti-leakage.
All materials are breathable, chemical free and super for our skin health.
