Korean style Shirataki noodles
-open the Shirataki noodles packet
-Wash it in water and strain to keep it aside
-To a Kadhai or wok, add 2 tbsp of cold pressed sesame oil or any just refined oil
-Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger
-Sauté until aromatic
-Add 1 tsp of white sesame seeds, 1 tsp of black sesame seeds and 2 sliced dry red chilli
-Sauté for 20-30 seconds
-Add 5-6 sliced mushrooms and 2 spring onion greens
-Cook until water released from mushroom dries off
-Add veggies of your choice
-I have added onion, capsicum, carrots, cabbage
-Sauté in high flame for 2-3 minutes
-Add the Shirataki noodles
-Prepare a sauce by combining 1 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of tomato sauce and 2 tsp of gochujang chilli paste
-Mix well
-Pour it into Kadhai
-Sprinkle salt to taste
-Give it a good mix
-Garnish with some chopped spring onion greens and sesame seeds
