Tokyo DisneySea finally opened Fantasy Springs with it's Peter Pan's Neverland, Rapunzel's Forest and Frozen Kingdom minilands, but many guests are complaining about the standby pass and Disney Premier Access systems which lock out a lot of regular park guests from experiencing the attractions.
