What I eat in a day with Gestational Diabetes.

Breakfast: Millet Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
Ragi porridge (ragi / finger millet flour - 2tbsp, milk - 1 cup)
Dates - 1
Banana - 1/2


Mid-noon snacks: Watermelon

Lunch: Curd rice (rice-1/2 cup, curd - 1/2 cup, salt)
Sauted vegetables - 1/2 cup (carrot & beans)
Sauted tofu - 1/2 cup
Pear - 1/2 cup chopped

Evening snacks: Pumpkin soup

Dinner: Same as Lunch Platter

Bed time : Milk - 1 cup

In addition to the meals, drink plenty of water everyday.
