Riverdale is a 31-acre township in Kharadi next to the riverside. The township is made up of completed, ongoing and new projects. Riverdale Residences and Riverdale Heights are completed projects, while Riverdale Suites is ongoing. In this project review we will be discussing the newly launched Riverdale Grand.

The project is spread across 3.86 acres and offers 696 units in towers B1, B2, B3 and B4 in the 2.5 and 3 bedroom configurations. While towers B1 and B4 will have ground +4 levels of parking and 26 habitable floors, towers B2 and B3 will have ground+4 levels of parking and 25 habitable floors.

There will be 6 units per floor and all amenities will be provided on the ground and podium levels. The ground floor will also have showrooms and high street retail to cater to the daily needs of residents.

Riverdale Grand is registered with MahaRERA and the number is displayed on the screen and also given in the project description. According to the commitment given by the developer on the MahaRERA website, the project is expected to be completed by April 2028.
