Healthcare Interviews: Christopher L. Bell, MD 2

Dr. Bell, a Dallas native, graduated from Austin College with a degree in biology. Afterwards, he attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He did his internship and residency in general surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. After residency, he completed a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Bell is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a member of several professional organizations including the Texas Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Society, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, and the American Society for Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Bell possesses a strong interest in advanced laparoscopic and gastrointestinal abdominal surgery.
