PowerCarts for Paint and Cure with Door Loading System

Our PowerCarts are perfect for any size finishing shop. This video shows a small 10 cart system with a single paint spray booth and IR oven. The customer in the video is able to paint over 100 doors in a single shift with only 2-3 employees. This is including multiple color changes and multiple coats with some split finish doors (2 colors 1 door).

The doors are fully and completely cured in 4-6 minutes (depending on coating) meaning they can be sanded, recoated, handled, packaged, or even shipped minutes after being sprayed. Both sides of the doors are sprayed in the booth at once so there is no excess waiting to flip the doors as with a flatline system. Perfect for lists of custom color changes as well.

This system is also full expandable to grow with you as production rates increase. Simply add more carts, expand the oven or even add another booth as needed. Additional track can be installed in minutes and no structural engineering is required like there is with overhead conveyors.
