Ralsei is Guilty; but NOT Complicit. (Deltarune Theory/Discussion)

Ralsei wants to stop the roaring; but unfortunately he might be the one that causes it.

Hello again people today we have in store for us another theory/discussion about deltarune. Hopefully todays theory can create some sort of unity between two sides of the player base that have been split on this topic since Deltarune’s inception.
Is Ralsei Evil or is Ralsei good.
Why are there so many red flags when it comes to Ralsei?
Don’t worry this isn’t going to be your basic no Ralsei is pure evil he is going to betray us in chapter 7 and take all our candy no no.
But also this isn’t going to be one were I blindly defend the clear logical fallacy’s that surround toothpaste boy.
I am here today to argue that ralsei is responsible for wrongdoings that we will surely see the effects of in the future; but not to the effect that he was intentionally causing them.
We will be taking everything that Ralsei does at face value, assuming that there is no deception at play. I truly don’t think that Ralsei has the capacity to lie. It was only in deltarune chapter 2 that we learned that Ralsei doesn’t understand the concept of sarcasm.
