Mostly post emergence weedicides for rice are available in market by name Winsta. Syngenta, FMC, Arysta and ICI have same name as Winsta. Sayban International has Wista + Booster name of this herbicide. Kanzo ag has name Pyranix gold. Allbthese weedicides contain active ingredient as Bispyribac sodium plus another chemical. All weedicides can control rice crop weeds such as Swanki, dhidden, ghuwn, bhuen, murak, deela, deryae booti, mirchi booti, chopatti booti etc.
Weedicide application spray in standing water is not effective. Standing water 24 to 48 hours after spray is must to control weeds.
