Martial artist Terry Tsurugi returns to take on a Yakuza family that may be embezzling money from charities to finance their own operations. Both the police and the Yakuza find themselves battling Tsurugi, but Tsurugi's fight ultimately is with the mob.

Return of the Street Fighter (殺人拳２ Satsujin ken 2, Blood of the Dragon) is the second film in the Street Fighter trilogy, along with The Street Fighter (1974) and The Street Fighter's Last Revenge (1974). It was directed by Shigehiro Ozawa and written by Hajime Koiwa. The film stars Sonny Chiba, Yōko Ichiji and Masashi Ishibashi. It was distributed by Toei Company, Ltd.
