This is my blind playthrough of Pillars of Eternity, the Definitive Edition. This will include Pillars of Eternity as well as the White March I and II expansions. This series is a follow-up to my blind let’s play of the original Baldur’s Gate series.

Pillars of Eternity is a tabletop-style isometric RPG, inspired by classics such as Baldur’s Gate, Icewind Dale, Planescape, and Dragon Age. We will make our way through the entirety of the first game, including the White March expansions, before moving on to the sequel game Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. This is my first time playing through the Pillars of Eternity series and this will be a completely blind let’s play. The gameplay system is inspired by D&D other similar systems, but appears to be its own unique version. I have experience various tabletop RPGs including Pathfinder and D&D 5e, as well as various games that include similar mechanics such as Dragon Age: Origins. This blind playthrough will be completed at the Hard Difficulty without ironman enabled. I am excited to get into this series as a popular spiritual successor to the classic isometric RPGs of old. I do hope you all enjoy.

Pillars of Eternity is an isometric fantasy RPG developed and published by Obsidian and Paradox, originally released in 2015 after a successful Kickstarter campaign. It is inspired by various tabletop RPG rules and takes place in the unique setting of Eora. The game runs on the Unity engine. Pillars of Eternity was released for PC in 2015 and his since been ported to every major system including the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as of 2017, and Nintendo Switch as of 2019.
