Context:
After the liberation of communism in the eastern block, Austria was very eager to spend time with his brother after so many years. However, the times have made a heavy impact on Hungary, so he chooses to focus more and his friends he made as Soviet satellite states instead mend his relationship with his brother. Austria has had enough of it and after some encouragement from his friends Switzerland and Liechtenstein, he decides to move on. “ If he won’t pay attention to me, I won’t notice him.”
