Welcome,

This video shows all Tetra Master cards (Finl Fantasy 9) with eight arrows and max stats.

An easy way to accomplish this challenge is to use the "Arrows Manipulation"    • FF9 Tetra Master Arrows Manipulation  
It can be used for every card obtainable in an area containing a save point, including the cards you win after battles. The single condition is to travel between the title screen, these areas and the battle arenas without passing through the world map or the Tetra Master mode.

NOTE: The video entitled "FF9 Tetra Master : Arrows challenges" shows the cards with a better quality.
