Why won't Fender make a proper Jaguar reissue?

This week Fender revealed the new Player ii series of guitars which includes an updated Jaguar that left me a bit disappointed, so I decided to do a full overview of all the Fender branded Jaguars available in an effort to find out why Fender FMIC won't make a true vintage reissue that the offset community would actually want. I realize this is 11 minutes of me waffling and Fender will not change anything because of this, but I love Fender Jaguars.
